Skillet Fried Corn

25 Minutes


  • 1 lbs. Bacon (Chopped)

  • 1 Onion (Chopped)

  • 2 16 oz. Packages of Frozen Corn

  • 1/4t Season Salt
  • 1/2t Black Pepper


  1. Place Bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown, but still soft. (Note: Do not drain grease from bacon!)
  3. Stir in Onion, Season Salt and Pepper, and cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Stir corn into skillet, and cook until tender (about 15 minutes).
