Sesame Chicken Stir Fry in 20 Minutes

  • 1 Package of Precooked Chicken Strips (approx. 16 oz. size)

  • 3T Vegetable Oil

  • 1C Broccoli Florets

  • 1C Sliced Carrots

  • 1C Sugar Snap Peas

  • 3C Cooked White Rice


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and sauté vegetables until cooked through (7–10 minutes).

  2. Stir in package of Precooked Chicken and stir fry for additional 5–7 minutes or until heated throughout.

  3. Serve over White Rice.
