Pico De Gallo Salsa

Serves: 6–8
Prep Time:
20 Minutes


  • 1 1/2C Tomatoes (Diced, Seeded)

  • 1/4C White Onion (Diced)

  • 1T Jalapeno and/or Serrano Pepper (Diced)
  • 1T Minced Garlic

  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 2T Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2t Salt


  1. Add Tomatoes, Onion, Chilis, Cilantro and Lime Juice to a bowl.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Mix in Salt.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
