Honey Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/2C Honey

  • 1/3C Soy Sauce

  • 1/4C Chili Sauce

  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

  • 1/4t Black Pepper

  • 10 Drops Red Pepper Sauce

  • 3 lbs. Chicken Wings or Drumettes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine Honey, Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce, Garlic, Pepper and Red Pepper Sauce in a large bowl.

  3. Add Chicken to bowl and coat completely with the sauce.

  4. Arrange Chicken in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn over the wings, and bake for another 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and allow to rest 10 minutes.
