Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Cook Time: 10 Minutes


  • 1C Peanut Butter

  • 1C Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • Chocolate Chips (optional) to Taste1/4C Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Peanut Butter, Egg and Sugar and mix well

  3. Add Chocolate Chips (optional) and mix well.

Note: At this point, the dough should be sticky.  If not, add another Egg.

  1. Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet.

  2. Bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
