BBQ Meat Loaf
Serves: 6–8
Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Light grill and heat to clean grate with brush, then set
at approx. 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the Meat Loaf ingredients, using
your hands.

Divide Meat Loaf mixture in half, then form into 2 loaves
about 4 inches wide and 6 inches long.

Place loaves on a sheet pan.

In a small bowl, combine the Sauce ingredients, then
separate 6–8T of sauce to avoid contaminating whole batch.

Top each Meat Loaf with 3–4T of the sauce each, then set
aside the other portion of sauce.

Evenly distribute sauce over the loaf, ensuring that all
expose surfaces are coated.

Spray grill grate with oil then, using a metal spatula,
place each Meat Loaf directly onto the grate.

Grill the Meat Loaves until internal temperature reaches
155 degrees.

Remove Meat Loaves from grill and let rest 10 minutes.
(They will continue to cook to 160 degrees recommended internal
temperature.)

Cut the loaves into 1/2-inch slices and serve with the
reserved sauce.
