Baked Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets (approx. 4 oz. each)

  • 1/2t Salt

  • 1/2t Garlic Powder

  • 1/3C Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  • 1C Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Season tilapia with salt and garlic powder.
  3. Combined bread crumbs and cheese.
  4. Place fillets on a foil-lined cooking sheet sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes (internal temperature 145 degrees) and the fish flakes eastil with a fork.
